  Is anybody working on this? I am a software developer with web development experience and would like to have a go at it if no one else is currently working on it.

  For those of you wondering why we haven't done this already, it's because the appeals court version of PACER runs on a completely different architecture (Java rather than Perl) and therefore requires us to write a new set of parsers etc in order to get the data into RECAP. This would be a great semester-long project for a Comp Sci student!
