Recap not working with firefox 14.0.1?

I have tried to install on 3 machines running win 7 64 bit and 32 bit with firefox 14.0.1 and none of the machines will upload documents or even show documents as available to download from recap. I get notifications no problem with docket updates but it does nothing with documents. Is this a known issue?

        I'm having similar problems -- my downloads don't appear to be uploading on Firefox 18.0.1

        I have a similar problem with Firefox 19.0 on the Beta channel. Although the Recap "R" turns blue, I receive no notification that uploads are happening, so I have no way of knowing if it's working or not.
