Show the date a docket was last cached outside of PACER

Currently, when researching archived case information in the public domain the date a docket report was last uploaded is not easily discernible on the information pages published on archive.org and archive.recapthelaw.org. As far as I've been able to find, the only place to see this is on PACER's Docket Sheet page where the RECAP info box message is displayed.

This is cumbersome when following active cases for someone without a PACER account who has no way of knowing how dated the docket information is on the case they are viewing in the archives. And I think surfacing that date would encourage more people to take advantage of PACER's free usage limit in conjunction with RECAP for keeping high-profile active cases updated in the archives.
